Country Policy

Where the exchange is available, how country restrictions are applied as policy data, and which countries are currently restricted.

Effective:

Scope

This policy describes how country-related restrictions are applied as configurable policy data rather than promotional eligibility statements. It can be updated when legal, operational, or risk conditions change.

Service and quote rules

A displayed quote applies for 60 minutes. The 1% commission is included in the quoted calculation. The displayed exact requested amount is honored only when the exact qualifying deposit is detected on the specified route before expiry and all required memo or tag instructions are correct.

Data and processing

For an order, the application processes the order reference, chosen routes, quoted amount, deposit instructions, transaction observations, status, and messages needed to operate the service. The application does not persist raw IP addresses. Cloudflare, Vercel, and Supabase operate their own services under their respective terms; a public blockchain can independently make submitted transaction data visible.

Exceptions and review

A late deposit, underpayment, overpayment, wrong network, or missing or incorrect memo can require manual review and may change the operational outcome. Recovery may not be possible, including where an external network, provider, or technical condition prevents it.

Country and compliance

Service availability depends on the selected route, network and payout option. A route can be unavailable when the service cannot complete it.

Current availability restrictions

  • Iran (IR)
  • North Korea (KP)
  • Syria (SY)

Retention and requests

The service creates no customer identity profile. It keeps the minimum order record needed to complete the exchange, show its private status page and resolve an order-specific support request.

Publication status

This is version 1.1.0, effective 2026-09-30, approved for publication after business and legal review. The approval record is held by the operator. A material change is published as a new version with a new effective date rather than edited in place.
